Analysis:
<\/strong>To prevent continuous flow machine rollers from ‘sagging’ under the effect of the temperature, which is particularly the case in the manufacturing of wide products or ‘Slabs’ where the rollers reach and exceed two metres in length<\/em>, a technique is used that consists of placing two or three shorter rollers next to each other, guided by intermediate bearings, with the whole thing corresponding to the width of the ‘Slab’ to be produced.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In this case, the bearings are housed inside the continuous flow rollers and are subjected to temperatures reaching approximately 40% of that of the molten steel passing over the rollers at any given time.<\/p>

These severe operating conditions also lead to deformations that disallow the use of a ‘conventional’ bearing.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We have therefore developed a roller bearing with inner and outer ring elasticity that can handle all the deformations brought on by heat exposure and a resistant cage bearing that prevents any risk of blockages.<\/p>

The cage bearing has also been specially designed to avoid blockages caused by deformations and the possible accumulation of carbon deposits or scaling, which is not the case with designs where the bearing rollers are held in place by milled housings.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
