Some bearings, especially those in ball mills, are exposed to heavy loads, vibrations, and impacts.On top of this, abrasive particles can lead to premature failure of rolling components. Being at the heart of the manufacturing process, these mills simply cannot afford to malfunction.

Bearings suitable for use in cement plants are our one-piece ROULTEX\u00ae<\/strong> runners. The design means they lock out moisture and dust, limiting the risk of wear and even failure.<\/p>

Our ROULTEX\u00ae self-sealing<\/strong> or cage<\/strong> bearings respond perfectly to the issue of deformations in rotary kiln shafts.
Originally developed for continuous flow rollers, they can withstand temperatures of up to 400\u00b0C and are able to cope with shrinkages caused by the heat.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
