Initially located in Nancy in 1924 and specialised in the repair of bearings, the ROULTEX company became a business and manufacturing facility in Montreuil sous Bois in 1933 with Joseph Kastner.
In 1949, Bearing operation ROULTEX-KASTNER and Cie was set up as a limited liability company with a capital of 300,000 Francs.
Jacques Kastner, a forerunner of computer technology in France, develops and designs with CAD software.
ROULTEX sees the development of its workshops with its 20th machine and the arrival of the new generation with Adrien Kastner-Kissel.
Since 2005, first as a reconditioner, then quality controller, workshop manager, and finally as a foreman for final assembly procedures on customer premises, I have become fully aware of the company’s reputation and the high quality of our products.
It was these experiences, combined with my passion for and fascination in this trade, that led me to take over the family business, not wanting to let such a skill go to waste.
In 2015, I developed the workshop while simultaneously obtaining my engineering degree. A real personal challenge!
Building on this heritage and on solutions known for their strength and adaptability, we are constantly developing new roller bearings for specific uses.
Thanks to this unique expertise, I’m delighted that I can, almost 100 years later, continue to proudly fly the flag for ROULTEX® bearings, which was created by the KASTNER family, and offer companies ever more innovative and high-performance solutions.
