ROULTEX® Monoblock N & NU TYPE BEARINGS

Our ROULTEX® N type bearings are specially designed for conveyors, ore carts, and conveyor belts.

This ROULTEX® bearing has been designed to operate without lubrication on all types of conveyors. Capable of withstanding abrasive dust and hard grit, as well as heavy loads.

Our bearing has been developed through many years of experience in the steel industry, a great deal of expertise, and through the specific feedback given by clients in the field. By taking into account all the difficulties imposed by the working environment: heavy loads, low speeds, pollution, heat, etc…

Some conveyors, such as coil conveyors found in Steel mills, can also be subjected to high temperatures.
Once wound, the steel coils are still at temperatures of up to 600 or 700°C.

The design of our ROULTEX® one-pieces means that they lock out moisture and abrasive dust, thus limiting the risk of wear and malfunctioning caused by severe working conditions.
